
Istanbul Kültür University systematically monitors the graduation rate differences between female and male students and implements improvement plans aimed at reducing this gap. These data are analyzed at the faculty level through the university’s Institutional Data Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting System (TESLA) at the end of each academic year and are included in evaluation reports.
According to the 2023–2024 Academic Year data, the graduation rates of female students were higher than those of male students in many faculties. In particular, the Faculty of Education (0.81), Faculty of Health Sciences (0.88), and Faculty of Arts and Sciences (0.71) stood out with higher female graduation rates. On the other hand, in faculties such as the Faculty of Engineering (0.33) and the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (0.47), male graduation rates were observed to be higher.
