Istanbul Kültür University supports the work–life balance of its academic and administrative staff through the educational institutions operating under the Kültür Education Foundation (KEV). Within this framework, Kültür College offers continuous education opportunities from preschool to high school, and the children of university staff can receive education at these institutions with special discounted tuition rates. In addition, children of staff members who meet the eligibility criteria are granted 100% scholarships, allowing them to study completely free of charge.
