
As Istanbul Kültür University, we implement the provisions of Civil Servants Law No. 657 and Labor Law No. 4857 to enable non-pregnant parents to actively participate in childcare responsibilities. These regulations include paternity leave and other parental leave rights granted to employees.
Through these policies, the university promotes the equal sharing of childcare duties among parents and supports women in maintaining a healthy balance between work and family life. With these practices, Istanbul Kültür University aims to strengthen gender equality and foster a family-friendly working culture.
